WARRANTY

Any battery, battery charger or cellular accessory sold by Mygift Enterprise that is found to have a defect in material or workmanship within SIX (6) months of the original purchase date will be replaced free of charge. If the item is no longer available it will be replaced with an equivalent or superior substitute, or a full cash refund at the discretion of Worldwide Factory Direct. If a replacement battery is issued, the warranty will still apply to the replacement dating from the original sale, not the date of replacement.

Please report any defects to Mygift Enterprise so you can receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which will help us get your replacement to you faster. Shipping fee is non-refundable.

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction due to accident, external electrical fault, misuse or abuse. Mygift Enterprise is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty. Mygift Enterprise is not responsible under any other legal theory, including, but not limited to lost profits.

Refund

You can return item(s) purchased from us for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase. The returned item(s) must be in re-sellable condition, including all packaging and included paperwork. If the item is not in re-sellable condition, the customer will be responsible for a standard 20% re-stocking fee. In all circumstances, shipping charges are the responsibility of the consumer and are non-refundable.
